These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how our website and online services work and outline the rules that apply when you visit our grove, shop online, book experiences, or otherwise interact with us.

Showcase of Citrus, LLC. is a family-owned agritourism destination and retail experience located in Clermont, Florida, offering activities such as:
U-pick citrus (seasonal)
Monster Truck Adventure tours and hayrides
Gem mining
Farm animal viewing/feeding
On-site Old Time Country Store retail
Online sales of select products
Private events, field trips, and group bookings
Limited photography sessions in accordance with our Photography Policy

Because we are an outdoor, weather-dependent agritourism venue with live animals, seasonal crops, and scheduled tours, the following policies apply:

All ticket, tour, and event reservations are non-refundable.
If Showcase of Citrus cancels an event or tour (e.g., for severe weather, safety concerns, or operational issues), we will typically offer:
Rescheduling to another available date/time, or
A credit for a future visit, within a reasonable period.
We may delay, modify, or cancel activities for reasons including but not limited to lightning, heavy rain, high winds, unsafe driving or walking conditions, or other safety concerns. Safety decisions are at our sole discretion.
For non-perishable merchandise purchased online:
Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival may generally be exchanged or refunded within a limited period (e.g., 7–14 days) once you contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
Perishable goods, food items, and seasonal products are typically final sale and not eligible for return unless required by law or specifically stated.
Shipping timelines, restrictions, and carrier risks are explained at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

By visiting our property or participating in any activity, you understand and agree that:
Showcase of Citrus is an outdoor working farm and ranch environment with uneven terrain, wildlife, farm animals, vehicles, equipment, and natural conditions.
Participation in activities (including but not limited to U-pick citrus, walking the grounds, Monster Truck Adventures, hayrides, gem-mining, feeding animals, events, and photo sessions) involves inherent risks, including slips, trips, falls, insect bites, weather exposure, contact with plants/animals, etc.
You (and any minors you accompany) voluntarily assume all such inherent risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Guests must:
Follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
Supervise children at all times.
Respect animals, equipment, plants, and other guests.
Refrain from bringing outside alcohol; all alcohol consumed on property must be purchased on-site, and valid ID is required.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Showcase of Citrus, LLC., its owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your failure to follow rules, your misconduct, or risks inherent to normal agritourism activities. This section does not waive rights that cannot be waived under Florida law.
Personal photos during your visit for non-commercial use are generally welcome when taken safely and respectfully.
Professional, commercial, or staged photo shoots require prior approval and may be subject to fees and location rules as outlined in our Photography Policy.
We may from time to time photograph or film on property for marketing and promotional purposes. Entry onto the property may constitute consent to incidental appearance in such media, where allowed by law.
If you tag us, post content to our pages, submit reviews, or send media to us:
You represent that you own or control the rights to that content.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share that content in connection with our business, marketing, and the Site.
We may moderate, remove, or decline to use any content at our discretion.
You remain responsible for your own content and ensuring it does not violate any rights or laws.
